Acceptable Use Policy

This is a portfolio demo. The policies are written as they would be for a real product, for illustration, but no commercial transactions take place yet.

Raccoon Hub helps you do sustainable SEO on your own websites. The uses below are not allowed because they harm other people or the shared infrastructure, or breach the policies of Google and other platforms.

1. Websites and access

• Connecting websites you do not manage, or using Application Passwords obtained without authorization.
• Using the platform to scan, attack or penetration-test other people’s websites without written permission.
• Sharing accounts, reselling access, or getting around plan limits by creating multiple accounts.

2. Content

• Content that is illegal in Vietnam or where the website operates: fraud, illegal gambling, child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, invasion of privacy.
• Copying other websites’ content, images or design without the right to do so. The “build a site modeled on top competitors” feature only analyzes structure and topics to produce your own design; it must not be used for copying.
• Impersonating organizations, brands or real people; fake pages designed to collect login or payment details.
• Distributing malware, injecting hidden code, or covertly redirecting visitors.

3. Search manipulation

Do not use the platform for tactics prohibited by Google’s and Bing’s spam policies, including:

• mass-producing low-quality content solely to manipulate rankings (scaled content abuse);
• private blog networks (PBNs), or buying and selling links to manipulate PageRank;
• keyword stuffing, hidden text, cloaking, doorway pages;
• publishing content on other people’s websites without permission (site reputation abuse).

4. Infrastructure

• Sending abnormal volumes of requests that overload the system, or trying to bypass rate limits.
• Probing Raccoon Hub for vulnerabilities outside the disclosure process on the Security page.
• Reverse-engineering or copying the software to build a competing product.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove features, suspend or terminate the account without a refund, and cooperate with the authorities where the law requires. You can appeal a decision via [CONTACT EMAIL] within 15 days.

6. Reporting abuse

If you see Raccoon Hub being used to cause harm, send evidence (links, timestamps) to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We respond within 3 working days.
