AI Content Policy
Effective October 30, 2026 · Raccoon Hub — [PROJECT OWNER NAME] · [CONTACT EMAIL]
This is a portfolio demo. The policies are written as they would be for a real product, for illustration, but no commercial transactions take place yet.
The AI features in Raccoon Hub (keyword analysis, article writing, image generation, reports) are assistive tools. You make the final decision and are responsible for the content you publish.
1. Models used
- Text: Claude (Anthropic).
- Images: FLUX.2 (Black Forest Labs).
- We may change providers and will update this page when we do.
2. Ownership
To the extent permitted by law and by the model providers’ terms, content the AI generates at your request belongs to you. Raccoon Hub claims no rights in it and does not use it to train models. Note: in many countries, content generated entirely by AI may not be protected by copyright.
3. Review before publishing
- AI articles are always saved as drafts; the system never publishes them automatically.
- AI can state things that are untrue, use outdated figures or cite sources inaccurately. Check figures, prices, names and legal rules before publishing.
- For health, finance, legal and tax topics (YMYL), articles should be reviewed by a qualified person, with the author or reviewer clearly named.
- Each article should have its own structure and perspective, enriched with your real experience. Google values this too.
4. AI images
- Do not generate images depicting identifiable real people, logos, characters or copyrighted works.
- Do not present AI images as “real photos” of products, buildings or projects in a way that misleads viewers. Label them as illustrations where appropriate.
5. Transparency with readers
We encourage you to disclose AI assistance where appropriate, and to follow the rules on labeling AI-generated content wherever you operate.
6. Refused content
Requests for content that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy will be refused, and may still count toward your allowance if the model has already processed them.
7. Allowances
Each plan has a monthly allowance of articles, images and analyses (see the pricing page). Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
