Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026 · Raccoon Hub — [PROJECT OWNER NAME] · [CONTACT EMAIL]
This is a portfolio demo. The policies are written as they would be for a real product, for illustration, but no commercial transactions take place yet.
By creating an account or using Raccoon Hub, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Raccoon Hub is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for building, managing, optimizing for search and monitoring WordPress websites from one place. The service connects to your websites through the WordPress REST API, Application Passwords and the Hub Connector plugin; some features also connect to Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Cloudflare and AI providers.
Features marked “coming soon” on the pricing page are not yet available. We make no commitment about launch dates and do not charge for features that do not exist yet.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service on behalf of an organization you are authorized to bind.
- Registration details must be accurate. Each user has their own account; accounts must not be shared.
- Two-factor authentication is mandatory. You are responsible for keeping your password and authenticator device secure, and for all activity under your account.
- The person who creates the account is the organization’s Admin and can invite, assign roles to and remove members.
3. Websites you connect
- You may only connect websites that you own or that the owner has authorized you in writing to manage.
- You authorize Raccoon Hub to read and change your websites on your behalf, within the permissions of the WordPress user you provide. We recommend the Editor role.
- You are responsible for backing up your websites. Every change made through the platform by you or your team is recorded in the audit log.
- You can disconnect at any time by deleting the Application Password in wp-admin or removing the Hub Connector plugin.
4. Plans and payment
- Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes and bank fees (if any). The limits of each plan (number of websites, AI articles, team members, etc.) are shown on the pricing page.
- PayPal: plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. USDT (TRC20): prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months, with no automatic renewal; you must send the exact amount, on the correct network, before the invoice expires.
- Changing plans mid-term: your remaining time is converted at the price of the new plan.
- Unused allowances do not roll over to the next billing period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; new prices apply from your next renewal.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the AI Content Policy. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
6. Ownership
- Your websites, content and data belong to you. You grant us a limited right to store and process them solely to provide the service.
- The software, interface, Raccoon Hub brand and Hub Connector plugin belong to [PROJECT OWNER NAME]. The plugin is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later, like every WordPress plugin.
- Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without creating any obligation to you.
7. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services (WordPress and your hosting, Google, Microsoft Bing, Cloudflare, PayPal, the Tron network, AI providers). We are not responsible when those services change, go down or block connections — for example, when a hosting firewall blocks the REST API.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but offer no uptime commitment (SLA) on standard plans. There may be scheduled maintenance; major maintenance will be announced in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or that Google will index your pages.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, such as data loss caused by a website not being backed up, lost business opportunities or lost profits.
10. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling renewal and requesting account deletion.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, show signs of compromise, or when required by a competent authority.
- When a plan expires, your data is kept for 30 days pending renewal and may then be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days; failing that, they will be brought before the competent court in Hanoi, Vietnam.
